Riccardo's Ristorante looked good on the pictures and reviews were good too, so we decided to try it. Everything was good until i got my order, i ordered Melanzane Alla Parmigiana. The eggplant did not taste good at all, the texture was very hard and chewy. The mozzarella inside turned dark brown and did not taste like mozzarella at all.
