that was the worst experience I ever had at chili. I ordered my eating online at 16:30 a.m. to be picked up at 18 a.m. I did not get my food until 18:28 a.m. and I had to go in to get it. this is after I had already paid and tapped the server to bring it to my car. my burger was very rare instead of pink. all our fries were cold. our sweet tees were unsweetened.
