I have had great service with donut side of the store. Ice cream is very slow (even when there's a number of staff). They are usually quite busy with the window, and I go inside. My impression is staff are assigned a role and they just wait until they are needed instead of jumping in to help elsewhere when they aren't busy. The product is good. Good cakes. View all feedback.
