Nice little place. However, there is no freshness and quality like the rest of the breakfast/breakfast places in Lancaster. Avocado Toast was very bland. Not much taste. The egg sandwich seemed like a precooked frozen egg patty. The order lasted 10-15 minutes. If it were fresh and of quality, I would understand the waiting time. Very disappointed.
