I used to always walk by this hidden gem on the outskirts of Lancaster, but now I will never make that mistake again. I will definitely be stopping in with friends and family when they come to visit from out of town. The service was fantastic, just what you would expect from a traditional cafe. There's no other way of putting it I'm afraid. Ordered a cheese toastie and salad for my young child the salad was turning brown with a wrinkled slice of orange. The toastie was dry but I had to pay extra for sauce. Also had the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the back and staff eating as they were serving you.
