Today I was disappointed in the service and training of the staff. I thought to enjoy a warm croissant and cappuccino together. The Croissant came in time. The cappuccino took 20 minutes (at a time with less than 10 customers in the restaurant). The croissant was cold when the coffee was served. Been to the downtown and the shop nearer campus and both are excellent.
