We came to this hotel ONLY for the amazing water slide through the shark tank. We were not allowed to enter the pool area without room keys. No problem. We couldn't check in until 3:00. No problem. We checked in (if we all look down the water slide), went to the room to switch to swimsuits, and immediately went to the pool. You quit the SLIDE at 4:00! No slide for my children, no exceptions.
