Some things shouldn't be messed with.... The Pizza and Calzones here are just freaking flat out, fresh from the oven, pizza pies of hot, wood fired deliciousness. Service is always great and the staff and management are always on the ball and friendly. Ok, so the first time I saw the price of my Calzone, I was in shock. Checked out Grimaldi?s Pizzeria tonight. Got a Cheese Pizza and a Double Pepperoni. The cheese pizza had mozzarella cheese on a very mildly sauce pizza. For me it was lacking in taste even with the added signature cheese and spice blend. The DoublePepperoni had plenty of thicker cut pepperoni, I think it needed some more cheese.
