I am in the usually not the biggest fan of vegan meat, but I had the vegan meatballs with mandel ricotta and wow was so good! as an appetizer I had the vegetable lemon, note that this is vegetarian, but can be made vegan. brot with olive oil and garlic for the table is also delicious! How does that saying go again? I forgot after eating at this restaurant. My vegan cannelloni was ok. I was super excited to try vegan ricotta at a Wynn restaurant and simply wasn’t impressed. To put it the best way I know how, the food was ok. For the amount of money, it should be spectacular. I believe it as $23 for a three cannelloni baked dish. View all feedback.
