Wir gingen bereits ins Restaurant von C. Fiusco, als er noch in der "Alten Molke" in Ehingen war, und schon damals waren die Speisen absolut überzeugend hinsichtlich Geschmack und Qualität. Ich und meine Frau bestellten je ein paniertes Schnitzel und ein Kalbschnitzel mit Pilzen . Das panierte Schnitzel war auf jeden Fall TK Ware . Das Kalbschnitzel ca. 3mm dick und zäh wie eine Gummisohle - die Grösse könnte für einen Babyschuh reichen . Fertige Bleistiftpommes . Nirgends war etwas von Salz geschweige denn von anderem Gewürz zu schmecken - nicht mal Gewürze am Tisch .Für so ein TK Schnitzel über 13 Eur... View all feedback.
