doesn’t seem like a legally sound practice.Not printed on menu and server didn’t mention Gratuity is included. There was only three of us and receipt reads “gratuity” not even “automatic Gratuity” at 20 percent!!! Fries were super greasy and tasted like seafood… Overpriced and management doesn’t know how to deal with customers. It would be fair to return the seven buck SURPRISE charge.
