I would have given 5 stars, but it has become much too expensive for a brasserie, even a 5-star hotel brasserie. I had the iberico pork with hummus and peas (65 francs anyway! , followed by Suzette pancakes. It was frankly delicious, but the portion of pork and especially the side dish (a few grams of hummus, a bit of excellent fresh peas was frankly insufficient, even more so when you consider the exorbitant price. It's an disappointment to be brought to a table outside of the restaurant, below, less than a metre away from kitchen. Refer to attached picture. That is the area where the kitchen is located. Having a chef table proposal right in the kitchen area supposed to be ok. But not in that specific area. We are Asian. Doesn't mean we are slaves or servant..
