It's not cooking... industrial buildings. No fresh products. The salad comes out of a bag...The dressing is industrial. But so simple to do! The foie gras is not '' house' and also poor quality. (reconstituted) the bread is unclean. The ravioli bathe in the sauce. The tagliatelles are too cooked. Morls are not fresh. The nuts of holy jacques are actually scallops. etc. It's a shame.
