Chicken Bulgogi is very dry and so disappointing....we called asking if that 's how it 's supposed to be and the lady argued with us and didn 't try to make it right. She said well gravity makes the sauce go to the bottom like I didn 't know that then when I mixed in some rice to mix it together it soaked up any sauce that was left.
