Trying to figure out how this place is rated so high. Figured out the reviews for the Leawood location are mixed with the plaza location. I cannot speak to the Plaza location but the Leawood location is very underwhelming. The staff was not extremely helpful just directed us to a wall of prepackaged chocolate.
