Line up was slow and long wait. I asked for an oat milk chai frappe with no whipped topping and found they had used soy milk without consulting me. This is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, first they got my drink wrong in the drive through along with the size (got a grande was supposed to be vente) so I have to walk into the store to get a new one because they also got the drink wrong, and then they give me my new drink, still wrong, worse than the first one.
