Ordered online with a 2 hour lead time. Still had to wait 20 minutes past my pick up time for just three meals. Service was lacking. Took about three minutes to even be acknowledged. I ordered $50 worth of chicken tonight and asked for 2 honey mustards. The lady at the drive thru responded by saying “we charge for that”. I had to do a separate transaction because I had already paid for my order. That is absolutely ridiculous and I will go to Jacks next time. Every time I go thru this KFC I feel like I am inconveniencing the employees even if I am the only one in the store. Do better! View all feedback.
