Ordered an hour before I wanted to eat and got a delivery time slot. 15 minutes after it was due, I called to ask where the food was. No apology, just told it would be another 5 minutes. No food arrived. Called to complain, they put the phone down on me. Called again to ask for a refund and they promised one. They’ll just lie to you and tell you whatever will get you off the phone.
