Went around lunchtime today. Seems like there's only one worker. She was taking orders and cleaning tables and basically doing everything. Pho was good. Hanoi pho broth was a bit on the oily side. The Chinese donut was a good touch. I was a bit disappointed that they had ran out of fresh noodles especially during lunch time so we had to get the alternative pho noodles only.
