We stayed 2 nights. Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful for that matter. Guest Card was only given to us after I asked for it. We‘ve been to this Hotel many times before and always had friendly helpful staff at the front desk and everywhere else. 30 years ago when the children where small we already spent our holiday at Kreuz. The room and bathroom were old. At least very clean. I can’t recommend this hotel. View all feedback.
