the communication was terrible. the lobby was unattended for twenty minutes. before the arrival I was told that I had a room, then refused me and my apartment when we arrived. manager would not stop talking about me, suggesting that he can help me find a room, depending on my wallet called me aggressive and tried to get a looker in the lobby to accompany me. our holiday plans absolutely tormented. would not recommend...
