the galettes are very fine and the trim is not copyy. a small spinach and 3 small rounds of goat for one, and a few potatoes and 3 rounds of frog for the other. In short, you must not be hungry the person who is in the pans doesn't tie his hair. results a hair in my galette! the price is much higher than in the surrounding crêperies.
