Nothing was fresh. Got 10 chef choice nigiri. As I was waiting for my order, the other worker took rolls out of the fridge, sliced a few pieces, and put the rest of the roll into the fridge. When my nigiri arrived, I could describe 3 different textures for the rice and two for the fish. Smelled a little fishy too and would not have eaten it if I didn't see the worker eating some while slicing mine! View all feedback.
