I did not hear about this chain before, but oh boy was I surprised! The ingredients are fresh, the hot sandwiches are well balanced (not to much or not enough of anything: bread meat and veggies are in complete harmony), the salads are tasty and the dessert are delicious and (some of them) very healthy.
