We visited Miraflores and by chance we stumbled into this small restaurant. It was full but we found a table for three. Ordered cebiche, grilled fish and “chicharron de pescado” (deep fried fish in batter). The ceviche was mediocre with the corn tasting as rubber...obviously either overcooked or very old.
