The ambience is very good for Baskin Robin's. They had hot pink chairs and the setting was very cute. I don't think I have every seen such cute setting like this at any other Baskin Robin's before. It was a nice setting but when I walked in, all the seats were taken. I wish they had more seatings. The service was good and my drink (cappuccino) was very good! View all feedback.

This is the worst baskin Robbins I have ever been too. They have their freezers set so high the ice cream is almost soft serve. Who wants ice cream that starts out melted. I have mentioned the issue on several occasions without any type of response.Either they have really weak scoopers or are trying to save on their electricity bill. Lower the temperature!
