Visited today for first time. There must have been 6 workers there and I stood there for at least 10 minutes while the two who seemed to be working were waiting on the same customer. I was never greeted. I ordered a hot latte and she made it cold. The soup was bland and had practically nothing in it. Was supposed to be beef barley.
