Ate outside on the terrace and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The rice paper shrimp appetizer was scrumptious (asked for extra sauce). Shared a salmon dinner which was cooked to perfection?moist and tasty with yummy squash on the side. The bar menu needs a complete makeover. There are many of the choices of other places missing. The nachos are not melted on chips more than crushed cheese. Come on, that's just wrong!) You should use nacho cheese sauce. They do not offer pizza, wings or street tacos. The Meridian restaurant has potential, great location, beautiful atmosphere, but the food is very inexpensive.
