I missed my fruitcake last vacation time as COVID prevents me from traveling. I made for lost time Saturday with a pineapple fruitcake (1st time), French toast muffin (just like the real thing), and Sunshine salad (Mandarin Orange Strawberry). Yum! Everyone was thrilled.
