The staff is great, but the wait times are just ridiculous. One person ahead of me in line, yet it takes 10 minutes to get 2 simple coffees. They just don't have any pep in their step and it's really unfortunate. It's like this all the time. I keep hoping next time will be different, and it never is, no matter the time of day.
