After baking on the beach all afternoon, we wandered through the streets of Lipari town looking for a nice place for a light dinner. We found a nice outdoor patio on the piazza by marina Lunga, on the south side of the citadel. Alta Maria has a good selection of sandwiches and Italian dishes. Nice spot, but food very lacking and not as menu described. Just order a drink if your thirsty and possible some bruschetta then move to a better restaurant for some real local food. The benefit was only the free wifi! View all feedback.
