On a recent vacation we flew into and then out of Lisbon International Airport. After we cleared customs for our return home trip we decided to stop and get tea and coffee. There where at least 6 servers, but I had to wait at the cashier as they where speaking together. I paid my Eclair and was told to move over and wait without a smile. Another servant was in front of me but didn’t even bother to serve me. Finally after a few minutes of wait the First Lady finally gave me what was already ready.
