Whenever in Lisieux we visit this patisserie, since 1990. We just love it! My favourite is the Coeur de Ste Therese cake; each facet of the cake represents an aspect of St Therese's life and work. It is exquisite. On one occasion there were no more Coeur de Ste Therese, so I had to opt for an alternative that too was delicious, so I did not feel disappointed. Très déçue des gâteaux, et pas mieux qu'un gateau de bon boulanger. Reste 2"patissiers " à lisieux, et bien Monsieur Blandiot, il faudrait repartir en stage.
