This was my first time having a meal here and what an experience! I had the oxtails, rice peas, collard greens and a Jamaican grape soda, and I’m not sure that I actually chewed my food, haha. Staff not friendly at all. They used to have great customer service.... such a shame. The Ox tails haven't been tender the last couple times we had them and when we order large, definitely not giving us the full large. Left off the plantains off all three plates with no mention.
