This is truly a hidden gem, the food I have tried (chicken carbonara 'try it in a spaghetti pasta ', and meat lovers pizza) it without a doubt the best I have tried (and I travel and eat out a lot). Bella Vellencia at mooloolaba does have a better atmosphere, but to me it 's the food that really counts, and Milan 's win hands down for taste and all at fairly cheap prices too. View all feedback.
