Staff member serving us was really friendly but unfortunately a bad experience for us. Ordered 2 portions of halloumi fries in which we found 3 hairs wravelled right into our food not realising til we had eaten half of them so had probably consumed more which made me feel sick. Also ordered a coke which came flat. Contacted customer service and also their instagram account on this matter but got ignored unfortunately... View all feedback.
