Tonight, I tried their new fondue burger. It was okay, didn't look like the picture on the menu, but that seldom happens. My burger was cooked properly, no complaints there. Just didn't care for a bacon cheeseburger, does in liquid cheese. It was messy, which is a good thing, but extra napkins didn't appear until asked for. Brutally honest. I loved the food, but the service at multiple locations has been lacking. Either they disappear for half hour( I understand they need breaks but someone needs to cover it) , or overwhelmed beyond their experience(management needs to schedule more during peek hours) .
