I had mine plain which was fine, but i felt it lacked taste or anything special- other than it was typical Livorno snack (perhaps i had it in other parts of Italy too) Unique point is that the chickpea/garbanzo bean pizza is freshly baked by wood fire and served immediately, and sometimes the queue is really long.
