I should have known better.... Yep, I really should have known better than to hope for a decent coffee at one of the corporate giants of the coffee world. The coffee was just plain bad; far too bitter and overpowering, yet somehow weak at the same time. The staff were friendly, but not enough to overcome the dark, dingy and somewhat depressing vibe of the cafe even with all the Christmas decorations up... bah humbug! View all feedback.
