We waited for over an hour to be served our afternoon tea. On a busy Saturday before Christmas they were unprepared for the amount of guests they had. Our tea was cold by the time our food came, and we had to request new pots. Finally we were offered complimentary champagne for our bad experience. The food was decent, but not worth the wait.
