The ambiance is a mix of busy yet intimate, with interesting decor and attentive service. Prices from the set menu are moderate for London, but portions can occasionally seem small. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable, perfect for a catch-up lunch. The food is classic and the wine list is terrific, making it an ideal spot for a special meal. Despite a slight issue with service, the maitre d' was apologetic and made up for it, ensuring a positive experience overall. What Paula Richards doesn't like about Bleeding Heart Bistro:
This is an excellent restaurant but there were only a very few people dining when we there (on a Saturday night! so the hustle bustle one expects from a bistro was lacking and as a result the ambience suffered a bit. This certainly wouldn’t stop me returning, but next time I think I’d pick a weekday which is likely to be busier and hence more atmospheric. View all feedback.
Very hospitable hosts and food and wine choices and quality was first class. Thank you.
It was nice weather, and we were given the choice, so we sat outside. The service was incredibl...
