The food was outstanding! The meat tender and juicy, the corn ceviche different out of this world and the provoleta was exquisite. Service was friendly and efficient, since we were greeted by the gentleman at the entrance who inquired about an issue we'd had before with an Open Table cheque, all the way down to our server who was very nice. Hadn’t been to gaucho for years and this was a solid reminder as to why we hadn’t. Always surprised by steak places that can’t properly cook steak. My wife’s medium rare was blue/rare and they tried to claim that is what medium rare looks like. Highly recommend , delicious steak and excellent service
