Usually The Ivy chain offers reliability, not so in St John’s Wood. In a near empty restaurant offered an awful table (had pre booked) which was declined. Food slightly worse than so so and interestingly a disabled toilet downstairs which I couldn’t physically get to it was suggested I go over the road to a different place. We did give feedback but no apology from the manager. View all feedback.
