Such incredible cuisine Profound flavours and luscious textures. I hadn’t tried Ethiopian food before and I’ve been MISSING OUT Light yet complex, fresh with heat and spice the stews are gorgeous and you scoop them up with my new favourite thing: injera the flexible, light, sourdough pancake.
