I would highly recommend Sartoria. We had a lovely meal there, the food was delicious, the chairs and tables very comfortable, and the setting very calm, yet close to the hustle and bustle of Regent street. The wine list is exclusively Italian (except for champagne), but there was a very knowledgeable and charming sommelier on hand to help.
