Arrived for pre-booked time to be advised that there were no booths available so we could either sit at bar or at table basically on the public walkway. Neither were ideal to sit and have afternoon tea but we did sit at table where instructed. We were not acknowledged by any staff nor offered menu or drinks so after we left to go elsewhere. Would not return View all feedback.
