Partner went in to order 2 toasties, paid and briefly left to come back to collect his order. When he returned the girls behind the counter not only got the order wrong but told him they couldn't make one of the toasties because the kitchen was closed at 3pm? The premises states open till 5.30. Just screams pure and utter laziness to me View all feedback.
