Out of all the pho I’ve tried in Longmont, the one at this location is by far my favorite! The food is amazing. I love the pho, dumplings and spring rolls here. Nothing about it was good. The food, the proportions, the price. The rare beef for the pho was already cooked. There was not enough broth, despite being the large, but that’s ok because I’m pretty sure it was just beef stock from Safeway. The $9 crab and cheese wontons contained probably 1oz of cheese and no detectable quantity of crab — 97% deep fried wrapper. View all feedback.
