1-2 times per week I make a mobile order and head to pick up my chai and egg bites. Always asking for the egg bites in an oatmeal cup with a fork and knife. Last week I pulled through the line to announce on the speaker I had done a mobile order, the voice on the other end replied “we’ve got you, AND we have your egg bites ready in the oatmeal cup with a fork and knife”Out of the many customers they serve daily, they remembered ME!To Addie, Megan and Lauren, thank you for making me feel seen and for such incredible customer service! I have been raving about this experience all week long.

Starbucks coffe attracts all sorts of people. Some are employees. A lot of the employees are very troubled. Several times I had to check myself. I figure this type Starbuck store are where they employ the 'politically troubled employees without actually complete employment termination. This where they put them.
