Halo Halo used to be in a clear cup and bigger. Now they put it in paper cups where you cannot see what's in it. They fill up with lots of ice and hardly any fillings of assorted beans etc...basically it all ice and condensed milk. I'm a Filipino but I'm afraid all this big name Filipino restaurants cheat us by charging a lot but giving us poor food items. Never again. View all feedback.

it was ok . i love the longanisa and fried rice.. but it taste like a leftover food .. its warm...
